The Motive Power A recap on the motive power scene & the contrasting locomotive types serving the routes through North, Mid & South Wales.

The Main Line through Cardiff Steam workings through Newport & Cardiff and the steam sheds with a wide range of power including 9fs, 56XX tanks and Halls.

The Welsh Valleys The railways and services serving the Valley lines. Crumlin viaduct and the cross valley lines are included along with coal traffic and special trains. Prairies and Panniers feature on passenger and freight.

Steam Survivors Mountain Ash and the 1970s traction scene.

By LNWR to South Wales The route through Pontardulais to Swansea Victoria plus the lines in the Swansea area including the docks.

To the South West The railways of Carmarthen, freight to Newcastle Emlyn, the Cardigan Branch plus the branches to Cardigan, Pembroke, Milford Haven and Fishguard.
