A Profile of the line from Chester to Llandudno and Holyhead plus the Blaenau branch during the period from 1979 to 2000 profiling a wide range of traction.

The Programme Comprises:

Class 40s, 25s and 47s in 1979  on passenger and freight. Includes D200 on a special working.

The North Wales Coast in 1989  with Class 20s, 31s, 47s and D.M.Us at a wide number of locations, plus ballast duties to Penmaenmawr.

An extensive look at the route in 2000 during the last months of loco hauled trains. A wide variety of locations are included all the way from Chester to Holyhead plus the branch to Blaenau. Freight traffic is also featured including flask and ballast duties.
